Lisa has worked for Local 414 for over 21 years. Starting her union career when she was still in high school as a part time employee at the Eaton’s department store. During which time she was involved in her first strike. Lisa finished high school and went on to pursue a degree in fine arts and a diploma in art and design. Diana has been an employee with Local 414 for 26 ½ years and she looks forward to many more years before retirement. Diana always looks forward to the new challenges and experiences that arise in office. She loves her job and connecting with the members daily. Prior to working for the Local 414, she was an employee with Dominion Stores Limited in the Toronto area for 13 years where she worked as a bookkeeper and head cashier. She was an active union member of Local 4l4, and held the position of Unit Chairperson for the unbought Dominion Stores Limited in Toronto. Dave started his Union career in 1974 when he was hired as a full-time employee of Dominion Grocery store. In 1978 he was elected steward. Dave has held various elected position within the local including vice-president, and in July 1993 he was hired by the local as a full-time servicing rep. He has always done this job with integrity and passion and is committed to fighting for workers.
