The Run-Off ballots will be post marked to eligible members and mailed out no later than: Friday April 11,
Run-Off ballots must be received by: Unifor Local 4l4 Elections, c/o PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,
400- 200 Apple Mill Road, Vaughan, Ontario L4K 0J8 no later than 3:00 pm on Wednesday April 30,
to be included in the Run-Off ballot count.
The counting of the mail in Run-Off ballots will be conducted by: PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on:
Thursday May 1st.
