Six (6) Area Chairpersons::	Elected from their respective Areas to be part of the Local 414 Executive Board
Retiree Chapter Board Member:	Elected from the presently active retirees group
Council Delegates:	Nominations will be accepted for Council Delegates from the six (6) Areas
Election Committee Members:	Nominations will be accepted for Election Committee Members from the six (6) Areas

JANUARY 20^th, 2022, A MEMO & 3 NOMINATION FORMS

WILL BE FAXED AND MAIL OUT TO ALL UNITS

The term of office is three (3) years ending no later than June 30^th, 2025, as per Unifor National Constitution. The mail in election ballots will be conducted by Unifor Local 4l4, Election Chairperson.

Any eligible member may run in the election for an Executive Board position by emailing their completed Nomination form to Diana Mugford at:  dmugford@uniforlocal414.ca

All Nominations forms must be received by email only to Diana Mugford at: dmugford@uniforlocal414.ca No later than:  12:00 noon on Friday January 28^th, 2022.

Candidates will receive an email from Diana confirming your nomination was received.  Diana will provide the Candidates with information on when the Lottery Draw will be held, to determine the order in which the name will appear on the ballots.  If you don’t not receive an email from Diana Mugford, it is your responsibility to call the Union Office and speak directly with Diana Mugford (905) 875-0414 extension # 201.
